I believe most of us know that tracking or counting macros entails weighing or measuring your foods so that they fit a predetermined amount of calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates for the day. These amounts are primarily determined based on your weight, goal weight, and activity level.

I used to dream of having a perfect body.
I worked for it, planned for it, failed hundreds of times and gained weight back, but heck – at one point I even achieved it for 5 minutes: when I stepped on stage in 2012 for my second NPC bikini competition. (The first one I wasn’t quite as lean as the second. *Eyes rolling!*)
I empower clients to develop a way of eating that they love — that fuels their bodies, and fits their lifestyles. I teach them to trust themselves and their bodies, with food! Happiness, self love and body confidence is attainable.
