I have trained thousands of hours since 2012 in my full-time job, first at a Big Box gym, then at a Corporate Fitness Center, and the past few years at a high-end Private Studio in Dallas.
I have worked with hundreds of clients supporting their nutrition plans and goals.
I have been an NPC Bikini Competitor, Spin Instructor, weight lifting enthusiast, spent 1.5 years learning Olympic Weightlifting, and have been doing CrossFit since 2016.
In September 2017, I became a first time Mom to my beautiful daughter. I worked out throughout my pregnancy and allowed myself to listen to my body while pregnant. I gained 55 pounds above my current weight. With proper nutrition and exercise, I lost it all in 4 months at the age of 36. I do not have special genetics or a “fast” metabolism.
