I was tired of having a miserable relationship with food so, in October 2020 I started working with a Nutrition Coach off and on. I’ve learned so much from her along the way.
She’s helped me learn how to slow down and enjoy all the food on maintenance and she also walked me through a successful cut (caloric deficit) to focus on losing body fat.
