What can I say about this young lady? I am 47 years old and I have been in Crossfit for about 4 years. When I came to Sarah, I asked for what I assumed would be impossible. I wanted to get bigger and stronger while staying lean. She told me to trust the process.
I did and the results prove she is right. Sarah is on top of her game: checks in, pushes me when I slack and praises me when I am hitting my numbers.
I would highly recommend Sarah. I have used others and none have given me the one-on-one attention it takes to motivate you to succeed.
I can now happily say in a very short time I have gained 6 pounds of the right weight (you will see in the pies), gotten stronger, hit PR’s, have more energy to go harder and I can’t wait to see what happens in the future!
