When are Check-In Calls scheduled?
Calls are weekly or bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the client.
Some clients elect not to do calls, or have purchased a program that does not include a call.
If calls are included in your program, I typically send you a Calendly link to schedule your call the week of, when I do your check in.
If you are on a program that doesn not include check in calls, but would like to add them in, please let me know, you can upgrade your package anytime, or you can purchase a 1-off 1:1 strategy session. These sessions are really where the magic happens, and I find the clients that participate in the Zoom calls with me have a very high level of success in their program.
